500g of shaved lean biltong in a selection of either Traditional, garlic or Chilli. Our biltong is free range, free of gluten, soy, msg or any artificial preservatives so it is really good for you. Be mindful that we make our shaved biltong with a lovely soft cure and it needs to be stored in the fridge or freezer after opening.
 
Our Shaved Biltong is finished to a Soft-Medium Texture which is Lean and has most of the fat trimmed off, some fat may remain. If you prefer Biltong that has more Fat please order Fatty Biltong in this menu, if you prefer a Hard Biltong please order Biltong Bites.
